As the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 creeps into the conversation of most impactful Swoosh silhouette this decade, it’s entirely in Beaverton’s best interests to keep a litany of colorway options available to the public. Considering the 2010 silhouette is still one of the most common shoe’s you’ll catch out and about, audiences will likely pick over that selection eagerly — the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 “Metallic Pewter” presents another embrace of the Y2K wave the shoe rode in on.

The outset of this design is one that should sneakerheads should be well accustomed to; the everlasting combination of neutral shades that both the shoe at hand and all retro runners have a penchant of relying on. That moves the “Metallic Pewter” tonality up in the register, making its strongest impact via the TPU quarter cage, but also with blocky cushioning units in the heel and earthy pops on the outsole.
