The Timeless “Black Toe” Air Jordan 1 Gets A Touch Of Tan

A staple for the summer rotation.

The Timeless “Black Toe” Air Jordan 1 Gets A Touch Of Tan

Don’t get it twisted: the “Black Toe” colorblocking remains a true king in the annals of sneaker colorways. It’s referenced time and time again in collaborations, from fragment design to Union (and even the fragment Union Jordan 1s). Here, it arrives yet again on one of the smoothest propositions we’ve seen from the everyday essential Air Jordan 1 Low.

Dropping this Summer 2025 in mens sizing, this AJ1 Low leverages the distinguished look of white toe-boxes with black toe-guards and quarters made famous in 1985. At the rear, a light tan shade is chosen, infusing a touch of casual classiness that has allowed Michael Jordan’s first shoe to enter in the realm of board meetings and casual office settings. If we were to compare, these are similar in style to the women’s Air Jordan 1 “Latte” from last May, a shoe that we foresee being the focus of many “I regret passing” conversation.

Again, these are dropping in mens ($115) and grade school ($90) sizes this Summer; see our Jordan Release Dates page for the latest updates.
