Nike’s signature roster in hoops is already jam-packed as it is, but it’s hard to imagine the defining faces of the next generation not eventually joining that crowd. Caitlin Clark and Victor Wembanyama join the ascendant Paige Bueckers as league-warping names that’ll vie hard for their own shoe in the coming years. For now, though, the French phenom is building out his brand with a run of PE editions, now visited again with the Nike Zoom GT Hustle 3 “Wemby Alien.”
While the GT Cut series has an endless list of pro endorsers, the GT Hustle 3 is less frequently seen in pro action, something that allows for Victor’s three takes on the shoe to stand out all the more. After chalking off two stealthy pairs, Wemby goes extraterrestrial with the shoe at hand, embracing his moniker with “LGM” green across the knit upper and flashes of purple on the Swoosh and outsole.
Metallic silver outlines around each Swoosh and steelier shades on the lower portion of the “gradient” allow for some grounded notes to sneak in. Outside of the Wemby Alien logo on the heel, the central design feature comes with the midsole, where all three of these primary shades combine for a speckled, cosmological arrangement.
The Nike Zoom GT Hustle 3 “Alien” is expected to hit Nike.com and retailers this Summer shopping season, commanding a $180 MSRP once it does. Check out official images embedded below and keep our Sneaker Release Dates section within reach for direct pick-up links as the launch nears closer.
