Chicago Legend Derrick Rose Throws Out First Pitch At White Sox Game In Unreleased Fear Of Gods

Chicago Legend Derrick Rose Throws Out First Pitch At White Sox Game In Unreleased Fear Of Gods

Derrick Rose stands as one of the longest standing adidas Basketball signees, spanning ten signature models with the Three Stripes throughout the 2010s. Though the Chicago icon hung up his kicks in 2024, the German giant has showcased a shrewd past-meets-future strategy with the youngest MVP in league history, creating a bridge to the future of the line with the help of Jerry Lorenzo. After serving as the face of the adidas Fear of God Athletics II debut, Derrick Rose again made headlines by sporting an unreleased colorway to kick off the White Sox season.

Initially revealed by Lorenzo towards the end of 2024, this upcoming edition breaks from the tonal design language we’ve seen so far, instead contrasting the nocturnal upper with jagged mesh stripes running down the medial and lateral sides. On top of this synergistic second look with the man himself,  the shoe stamps its collaborative air with Rose’s logo on the heel, while tying in the Bulls angle with a hit of red on the rear branding tab and a fiery alternate lace option.

This colorway of the Derrick Rose adidas Fear of God Athletics II will release December 2025, likely clocking in at the usual $200 retail price. We’ll keep you posted with more info via this page and our Sneaker Release Dates hub. Get a closer look at this edition of the Jerry Lorenzo offering via the gallery below.
