Peanut Butter And Jelly Spreads On The Air Jordan 1 Low

The lunchtime concept doubles in size.

Peanut Butter And Jelly Spreads On The Air Jordan 1 Low

From grade school classrooms to NBA locker rooms, you can’t argue with a PB&J. One of America’s true culinary victories has been sustaining us for generations, and Jordan Brand’s latest “pack” nods to its humble strengths. Following an Air Jordan 1 Mid “Peanut Butter and Jelly,” the Air Jordan 1 Low is getting in on the lunchroom action.

Immediately, the main point of intrigue is how the previous pair adapted the snack a bit more faithfully, or at the very least showcased the “PB” side of the equation more. In shifting the balance towards the J, the experimental Swoosh undergoes some changes, maintaining a typical leather build while sporting a new gooey graphic underneath, evoking the same pouring out from the sandwich’s sides. The jeweled wings logo maintains that sticky atmosphere, and though its not as informative on this design, the savory spread manifests with a gum sole underfoot.

The Air Jordan 1 Low “Peanut Butter And Jelly” is a GS exclusive, expected to land sometime in the Summer to Fall range. Expect a $100 retail price upon arrival — keep our Jordan Release Dates page nearby to be the first to know when these hit the countertop.
