Nike Adds A Yellow Gradient To The Air Max Plus

While the Air Max 95 is poised to dominate Nike’s retro efforts for its 30th anniversary in 2025, the quantity and quality of Air Max Plus releases will be anything but lacking. Sean McDowell’s design has gone from obscure cult classic to bonafide global sensation in recent years, handily becoming one of the Beaverton brand’s most produced and sought-after Air Max models. This black, white, and yellow gradient colorway is the latest to surface via official images, set to play a role in Nike’s Summer 2025 catalog.

As with myriad TN colorways, the design is anchored by a gradient base. The rear comes in bright yellow to match the Air bubbles and TN branding, gradually fading into white as you approach the quarter. The wave-inspired overlays transition from black to white from the top-down, overlaid by all-black Swoosh logos for contrast. The tongue, laces, and lining all come in black, while a white midsole and black/yellow outsole complete the delivery underfoot.
