adidas Celebrates Atlanta’s 404 Day With The Superstar

City-wide days have become a growing theme in recent years with locales across the country nodding to their area codes in celebrations around their unique metro flavor. It doesn’t feel like a stretch to say that Atlanta’s 404 Day is at the top of the pile, however, something you can even clock by looking at our coverage. For 2025’s edition, the Three Stripes is getting in on the action, issuing a “404 Day” special edition of the adidas Superstar.

With sports teams becoming annual recognizers of the city holiday, it’s only fitting that it’s a Falcons-approved colorway on tap for adidas’ tribute, though certainly the Dream, Atlanta United, Hawks and Braves would equally stamp this shoe with their seal of approval. Scaly leather paints the heel cup, proudly stating its “ATL” origins, while the the heel counter delivers the celebration’s title again, paired with gilded branding hits outside the quarter and on a “grill” dubrae towards the shell toe.
