Jordan Brand’s “Rare Air” sneaker lineup for 2025 is finally about to kick off. Ahead of fresh takes on the Jordan 3, Jordan 4, and Jordan 11, the party gets started with a set of Air Jordan 1s on April 5th. The fellas are getting a “Deep Royal Blue” colorway, while women can look forward to this “Cinnabar” edition.

Just like the “Rare Air” 3s, the main highlight is a couple of notable logo tweaks. A red “Cinnabar” wings logo appears on the lateral collar, while the medial side features a black wings graphic reading “Nike Air” as opposed to “Air Jordan.” The tongue tags come in blue and red, matched by blue and red insoles featuring “Rare Air” logos.

At its core, the sneaker lends a vintage aesthetic with “Sail” leather and matching suede on the Swoosh and collar. You’ll also notice that these use far less stitching than your run-of-the-mill Jordan 1, a choice that heightens focus on the upper’s chalked edges. The sneaker comes with two sets of chenille laces, one in “Sail” and another in titular “Cinnabar” red. Underfoot, a “Sail” midsole and “Cinnabar” outsole round out the delivery.

The Jordan 1 Rare Air “Cinnabar” lands April 5th in women’s, PS, and TD sizes, carrying a $180 MSRP for adults. See official images of the PS version below if you’re budgeting for a pair.

On the other side of our Jordan Release Dates calendar, the Jordan Luka 4 continues to surface in new colorways.
