While organic interest is growing for models like the Gazelle and Handball Spezial, and brand energy is centered on products like the adidas Superstar, it’ll take much more of a shift to knock the adidas Samba off its perch. Largely the progenator of the low-pro trends we’re currently seeing throughout the footwear world, it remains an incredibly valid streetstyle option a couple years into its ascension. The pine green underpinnings and off-white overlays largely speak for themselves in setting up a sprightly energy with this colorway. Further, it’s many of the staple hardware associated with the Samba that takes to this lightened change, from the serrated Three Stripes to the t-toe strips at the toe.
