Just ahead of March Madness, adidas Basketball is packaging all its foremost hoops shoes under a “Metamorphosis” pack. The six-sneaker collection intends to represent hoopers’ journey from “potential to polished greatness” through green colorways inspired by the biological process.
As you might expect, all current signature adidas Basketball shoes are included. Starting with the face of adidas Basketball, the Anthony Edwards 1 Low come with a glittery teal finish on the cage and pops of lime green on the tongue and heel. James Harden’s adidas Harden Vol 9 comes with a lucky green shell reminiscent of St. Patrick’s Day, while the adidas Dame 9 features a lime green shell and black mesh bootie section. Donovan Mitchell’s adidas D.O.N. Issue #6 is a bit of an anomaly among the signature models, favoring a base color of white and opposed to black.

Moving onto the non-signature shoes, the adidas Adizero Select 3.0 joins the fray with a green mesh base and black stripes. The adidas Exhibit Select 2.0 is also included, taken with an abstract blue and green pattern on the base and top portion of the midsole.
All six “Metamorphosis” sneakers release March 15th via adidas.com and retailers, right on time for March Madness and St. Patrick’s Day. See our “Where To Buy” sections below for pricing info and purchase links.
