The Luka Lakers are rolling. The team is now 12-2 since Mavericks GM Nico Harrison shipped Dončić off to Los Angeles, climbing to the #2 seed in the Western Conference as a result. Lakers fans are overjoyed, and Jordan Brand execs are likely salivating at the thought of Luka spending part of his career in the second-biggest basketball market there is.
With all eyes on Luka, JB debuted the Jordan Luka 4 during his first game against his former team in late February. Now they’ve unveiled another colorway expected to play a role in the model’s rollout. Dončić wore a “Bright Crimson/Gold” Luka 4 in a win over the Pelicans last night, in which he joined LeBron James, Magic Johnson, and Jerry West among Lakers who’ve notched 30 points and 15 assists in a game.
Performance specs for the Jordan Luka 4 haven’t been disclosed at the time of this writing, but that should change in the near future. The model is expected to release Summer 2025, implying a window between April-June. Know that our Jordan Release Dates page will be kept current with all confirmed Luka 4 info.
