Go Stage-Diving In The Saucony Shadow 6000

Saucony superfan Rainer Imhoff, who runs the @SauconySneaks Instagram page, is checking off an accomplishment most collectors can only dream of; designing a shoe in collaboration with your favorite brand.

The Saucony Shadow 6000 is the canvas, and Imhoff’s deep connection to the hardcore-punk scene is the inspiration. The defining quality is stitched text reading “Stage Dives” on the heel, taken in multiple different typefaces for an edgy ransom note effect. More “Stage Dives” text appears on custom insoles as well as the left tongue tag, while the heart of the sneaker is comprised of white mesh, grey suede, and three different types of vegan leather; mainly pebbled grey. Yellow, red, and purple accents round out the highlights up top, complemented by a white midsole and brown gum tread underfoot.

Imhoff’s Shadow 6000 is part of a budding series called Saucony & Friends, which delivers limited-edition sneakers made in collaboration with creatives. Unisex sizes are available now for $150 via the Saucony website; see our “Where To Buy” section below for purchase links.
