UNDEFEATED Launches Microsite For Nike Zoom Spiridon “Thunder Blue” Release

Among those in the know, the love for the Zoom Spiridon is strong. The recent launches of OG colorways and collaborative strikes with the likes of fragment design have once again tickled the interests of Nike heads, and now it’s UNDEFEATED’s turn-although getting a pair will be prove to be difficult (update: they’ve launched a microsite HERE).

If you recall, UNDEFEATED surprised the world at ComplexCon 2024 by gifting select booth visitors with the pair much in advance. More recently, the brand/retailer teased the collaboration on Instagram with a short flick of a runner testing their speed on a mountain trail. Now, the influential imprint has officially announced their debut Nike Zoom Spiridon project, revealing that just 1,000 pairs will hit the public.

Furthermore, they’ll be available on a first come first serve basis exclusively at Undefeated chapter stores in La Brea, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and NYC. There will be no online release for the shoes. The pair will also come in a custom shoebox covered in mock racing bibs.

UNDEFEATED officially unveiled their latest collab with a spirited film featuring a number of free-divers jumping out of a helicopter clad in giant UNDEFEATED five-strike logos and a Nike Swoosh.

The 1997 running classic may be a cult smash among sneaker enthusiasts, but it played a pivotal role in Nike’s development of pressure-mapped design that enabled maximum cushioning and support. Undefeated’s take on the model brings in the “Thunder Blue” shade with touches of green and hits of 3M reflective for that racy appeal.
