A Leather-Coated adidas Harden Vol. 9 Set To Debut This Fall

Does James Harden have the best looking signature shoe on the market right now? While we’ve only seen two releases hit market thus far, the recently released adidas Harden Vol 9 continues to build steam off the strength of its attractive design. adidas itself provided an advanced look at six confirmed colorways through April, but it appears that a slightly alternate version of the model is confirmed to release later this year.

Expected to drop this July, this never-before-seen iteration of the Harden Vol 9 features what appears to be a leather-coated upper in place of the synthetic upper. Additional, the oblong cut-outs have also been filled, with essentially removes the abstract three-stripes logo. The remainder of the Harden Vol 9 appears consistent with the existing version.

With this variation featuring a molded appearance, comparisons can be made to the Nike Air Signature Player, an early-2000s basketball shoe with Foamposite tech.

Again, this Harden Vol 9 is expected to launch beginning in July 2025; see the first look images ahead for a closer look.
