After focusing solely on the Chuck 70 and the One Star, Tyler, The Creator’s Golf Le Fleur imprint and Converse are now turning their attention to a completely new model to kick off their collaborative partnership in 2025.
The One Star Slip Pro is a skate-minded silhouette, but with obvious casual wear capability. Featuring hairy suede uppers in three distinct offerings of Forest Elf, Black Beauty, and Forget Me Not, this trio of One Star Slip Pros feature the die-cut Star logo on the heel for the added style hit.
While Tyler’s footwear offerings typically pull from more lofty inspirations, here “grassy landscapes” are the guiding light, literally materializing with the viridescent pair and more abstractly inspiring the black and blue. Size-up pop lettering stamping the Golf Logo takes up the left insole on each shoe for one last bit of detailing. On a performance and comfort standpoint, Converse utilizes CX Foam on the interior as well as CONS traction rubber for better grip and board-feel.
Though the lack of more visible branding is a bit surprising, we expect that to change once the brand explores the silhouette deeper. All three colorways of the Golf Wang Converse One Star Slip Pro are available now via Converse, retailing at just $85 each. Hit the links under “Where To Buy” to grab yours.
