One of the surprise darlings of 2024 is ready to step on the gas in 2025. The New Balance 1906 Loafer, a quirky concept that was met with unbridled praise and unrestrained ridicule, is ready for a lot more in the new year as several new colorways have already been established for a Spring 2025 release.

Leading things off is the “Dark Juniper” colorway (already at select boutique partners and hitting NewBalance.com in mid-January), but following not far after is this “Silver Metallic” joint that leverages a yellowish cream tone on the midsole. Combining a refined silver upper interlaced with black and a bit of that throwback aesthetic via the choice of yellow, these upcoming New Balance Loafers exemplify that fashionable dad shoe that NB has been able to hit the right notes on.

It appears that New Balance is paying more attention to the model through the first half of the year, because we’re about to uncover even more colorways that are sprinkled throughout release calendars this Spring and Summer season.
