The Jordan Tatum 3 Tributes Boston Fans With A “6th Man” Colorway

Hoopers know that when you step into TD Garden, you’re playing against more than just the five guys on the court. For better or worse, Boston sports fans are notorious for giving their teams an edge through their unwavering energy and high basketball IQ, two qualities that have cultivated one of the most intimidating, high-pressure environments in sports. Jayson Tatum’s Jordan Tatum 3 now nods to that spirit with a “6th Man” colorway featuring Celtics-friendly green and black, set to release January 14th, 2025.

This marks the second Tatum 3 crafted in honor of the famous Beantown landmark, preceded by the inaugural “Welcome To The Garden” release in October of 2024. “Ghost Green” and “Electric Green” treatments up top make for a lively aesthetic, sensibly matching the energy of Boston crowds. The upper panels feature black edges that eventually transition down into the midsole, heightening focus on the model’s abstract construction, while black speckles appear over the synthetic “Electric Green” sections. Text reading “6th Man” spans the backtabs, and as is traditional for Jayson Tatum shoes, his son Deuce’s name appears stitched on the inner tongue.

The Jordan Tatum 3 “6th Man” is set to release January 14th, 2025 for the usual $125 shelf price. Find purchase links in our “Where To Buy” section below if you’re interested in securing a pair on that date.

In related news, the Tatum 3 is included in the upcoming Year Of The Snake Jordan collection.
