The Nike Air 180 Bursts In “University Blue/Hyper Pink”

Another color-blasted look for 2025.

The Nike Air 180 Bursts In “University Blue/Hyper Pink”

After being dormant for nearly six years, the Nike Air 180 is continuing to surface in fresh looks for 2025. While consumers haven’t taken to the circa. 1991 model as Nike may have hoped, as evidence by most recently-released colorways going on sale, this new color-blasted look might be just what the model needs to draw in more eyeballs.

Slotting into the most eccentric of outfits, the shoe stands out with a cotton candy-esque fusion of “University Blue” and “Hyper Pink” up top. The former color accounts for all the suede overlays, while the latter is used on the Swoosh, heel counter, and tongue/heel branding. A navy base and midsole help reel in the vibrancy at play, while “Hyper Pink” returns on the toe portion of the outsole and around the 360° Air unit.

The Air 180 “University Blue/Hyper Pink” doesn’t have a confirmed date at the time of this writing, but a Spring 2025 arrival seems likely. In any case, know that our Sneaker Release Dates hub will display all the most recent information as it comes in.
