Michael Jordan Finally Sells Sprawling Highland Park Estate

His home for three NBA championships.

Michael Jordan just got some extra pocket change. After 12 years on the market, the basketball legend’s Highland Park, Illinois estate has sold for $9.5 million.

While Jordan maintains residences in Florida, North Carolina, and Utah, his Highland Park home is by far his most iconic domicile. Jordan built the sprawling estate during the height of his NBA career in 1995, commissioning a full-sized basketball court (of course), cigar room, and statement-making “23” sign at the front gate.

The estate was initially listed for $29 million according to Zillow, but now several years and several markdowns later, new owners will move in for a fraction of that asking price. See detailed images of the home below if you feel like daydreaming for a bit.
