Teddy Santis Closes Out 2024 With The New Balance 997 Made in USA “Moonrock”

Teddy Santis’ Made in USA collection has been an accelerant for New Balance collectors for multiple seasons running, further elevating the luxe atmosphere that’s defined the American-made collection in modern times. After taking on the New Balance 993, New Balance 990v6 and New Balance 990v4, the Fall/Winter 2024 collection comes to a close with the New Balance 997 “Moonrock.”

This marks the second appearance of the silhouette in the seasonal capsule after the “Vintage Teal” from November. In contrast, the pair featured here leans into the tonal trademarks we all expect from the Boston brand, serving up a heavy dose of “Moonrock” tan across pigskin suede panels while pinning tan and “Driftwood” brown on the mesh foundation and TPU swatch towards the eye-stays.

Though Santis’ Made in USA collection may not have the grey market appeal it once did when it was first introduced, it’s imminently reliable for this aesthetically cohesive, refined fare. Capping it off with an example like this New Balance 997 is only fitting.

The New Balance 997 Made in USA “Moonrock” releases on December 19th, retailing for $210. Check out some retail images included below to get a better sense of what to expect.
