Original article published December 6th, 2024: It took sequels for his Air Max 95 and Air Force 1 for Stash to step back into the sneakerhead spotlight, but he and CNCPTS are foregrounding his storied footwear journey with a limited activation. The storied graffiti artist and all-around creative took over the recently-opened Concepts Miami location for Art Basel, showcasing all the pairs he and Nike have cooked up over the years, including some that have never seen the light of day.

While the retro releases for the AM95 and AF1 add a fresh sheen to the originals here, each of his collaborations is on display, including those created under his NORT imprint. His beloved Air Max BW, sporting the same aquatic color palette that’s become his trademark, makes an appearance, as do some more obscure curios, including takes on the P-Rod and Air Zoom Talaria.

Immediately eye-catching are the speckled editions of his Zoom Spiridon, presenting two additional sapphire colorways that didn’t make it to market. Similarly, samples of the BW, Air Max 95, and Air Force 1 make the cut, as well as a planned retro of the Talaria. Notable on a sentimental note is an earthy Air Force 1 Mid dubbed the “ReCNCPTS,” a collab between the two imprints in focus with this showcase and a notable step in their business relationship.

While the showcase is appointment viewing for any veterans of the 2000s sneakerhead scene, note that an early release of the 2024 Stash Nike collection is also at CNCPTS Miami for the occasion. This Art Basel Stash CNCPTS activation is open from December 6th to December 7th, from 11 AM to 7 PM on each day.

Look out for the wide release of the Stash Air Max 95 and Stash Air Force 1 on December 13th, retailing for $200 and $160 respectively.
