Former YEEZY Designer Dingyun Zhang Is Releasing A Crocs Collaboration

Team Crocs is the new team YEEZY. Just weeks after legendary designer Steven Smith was named the foam footwear brand’s Director Of Creative Innovation, Dingyun Zhang, another former Kanye affiliate, is touching down with his first ever Crocs collaboration.

Here we have an all-new model called the Crocs Diffuser; a not-so-subtle reinterpretation of the YEEZY Foam Runner. The shoe is said to be inspired by the aerodynamics of Bugatti cars, complete with toe box perforations, triangular cutouts, and a uniform heel enclosure. Texturally, the Diffuser features embossed dots on both sides and wavy traction patterns on the footbed and outsole. Crocs decides on an all-white colorway for the model’s debut, but more options are expected to land in 2025.
