Nike Heads To Gotham With The Air Max 180 “Joker”

Why so serious?

Nike Heads To Gotham With The Air Max 180 “Joker”

Updated October 25th, 2024: The Nike Air Max 180 “Joker” releases on November 5th via SNKRS, retailing for $160.

While Joker: Folie à Deux may have disappointed staunch fans of the comic franchise, Nike is offering some retail therapy by way of an Air Max 180 featuring colors reminiscent of Batman’s arch nemesis.

The design begins with a black mesh base and suede overlays, complemented by a white leather Swoosh for contrast. The laces, heel branding, and outsole are what warrant a comparison to the DC villain, all of which take after the character’s dyed hair in “Action Green.” In producing another tie to the Joker’s garb, the tongue branding, heel TPU structure, and Air bubbles work in dark purple accents. Importantly, like preceding green and purple “Joker” colorways on models like the Dunk Low, this isn’t an official collaboration with DC by any means.

The Air Max 180 “Joker” is currently expected to release on November 5th for $150; see official images below if these are a must-have.
