The Best Materials Ever On A Sneaker Appear On This All-White Nike Air Force 1

The Nike Air Force 1 is an iconic shoe, and “Triple White” is far and away its most iconic colorway, standing tall as a fixture of sneaker culture through over four decades of coming and going fashion trends. For Spring 2025, Nike is giving the classic “uptown” look a premium upgrade consisting of several materials pulled from past releases.

Kicking off a “What The” assortment of textures, the toe box features woven leather akin to the “Made In Italy” AF1 Lux from 2003. The toe overlay and eyelet strips feature pebbled leather, while the quarter features perforated material. Progressing further back, the heel overlay is crafted from faux croc skin, nodding to the ultra premium “Crocodile” colorway released in 2007 in celebration of the model’s 25th anniversary. The design is then complete with a standard leather Swoosh and “Nike Air” backtab, complemented by a metallic silver lace dubrae featuring a Swoosh as opposed to traditional “AF1” text.

The premium release is set to touch down in March 2025, although Nike hasn’t floated a firm date at the time of this writing. See official images below if these are in contention for a spot in your rotation.
