In an effort to fill a similar role on the market, Nike came out with a likeminded slip-on dubbed the Calm Slide in 2023, releasing a series of colorways from monotone to marbled to safari print and more. Now with warm weather vacations in mind, the Beaverton brand is touching down with an aquatic blue pair for Spring 2025.
The blue and white pattern mimics the surface of a gleaming pool, pasted onto the top portion and sidewalls. To state the obvious; yes, the Calm Slide is completely waterproof. In fact, the debossed Swoosh on the footbed serves as a self-draining system allowing water to pass through.
