Nike Tosses “Metallic Silver” Accents On The Flyknit Bloom

Nike has been tackling the “gorpcore” wave through two angles, re-issuing archival models like the Air Max Sunder and myriad ACG shoes while also crafting all-new formulations that speak to utilitarian aesthetics. While the former strategy has been met with acclaim, new models like the women’s Flyknit Bloom have somewhat fallen on deaf ears, with many colorways eventually going on sale due to minimal demand. This agreeable black and “Metallic Silver” arrangement might be exactly what the shoe needs to draw eyes.

Not far off from the “Cacao Wow” colorway that marked the model’s debut earlier this year, the bulk of the shoe comes painted in black with sparse accents. The curved Flyknit overlays feature “Metallic Silver” speckling throughout, matched in essence by dual-tone wrap-around laces. Capping off the highlights, the quarter and tongue Swoosh logos both appear in “Metallic Silver” for contrast.

If you’re a fan, you can pick up the Flyknit Bloom “Black/Metallic Silver” now via Nike for $150. See official images below and take advantage of the purchase links in our “Where To Buy” section for a swift checkout.
