Lasered Patterns Appear On The Nike Zoom LeBron NXXT Gen

If Nike sticks to its annual release schedule, the LeBron 22 should make its hotly anticipated debut in the very near future. LeBron’s next numbered model looks to be a hot topic once NBA games tip off again, but for now, the LeBron 21 and NXXT Gen are still holding down the fort, the latter of which just surfaced in a new colorway that borrows a quality from prized Air Jordan shoes.

Featuring intricate graphics on the quarter and toe, the latest LeBron James shoe evokes Jordan’s “Laser” footwear. The Jumpman first utilized the engraving process on the Jordan 20 in 2005 and released two Jordan 4 “Laser” colorways that same year.

Much like how “Laser” Jordans feature iconography honoring Mike’s illustrious career, the LeBron NXXT Gen comes with a slew of different LeBron logos. Notably, the Lion, Dunkman, Crown, and Nike’s graffiti-style “LA” logo all make cameos. Both sections feature “Team Crimson” in a classy choice, matched in color by the outsole and large quarter Swoosh. Like-minded “University Gold” appears notably on the mini Swoosh, while the forefoot section of the upper keeps things simple in “Light Bone” suede.

The LeBron NXXT Gen “Light Bone/Team Crimson/University Gold” will hit shelves during the Holiday 2024 shopping season for $170; the typical price for the model. See official images below and tap our Sneaker Release Dates page to preview other upcoming LeBron shoes.
