The Jordan Dub Zero Takes On Timeless “Cherry”

Another beloved colorway graces the hybrid for FW24.

The Jordan Dub Zero Takes On Timeless “Cherry”

After a few years on ice, it would appear the Jordan Dub Zero is back in full force, and Beaverton creatives are truly playing the hits for the hybrid model’s renewed run. Following “Game Royal” and “White Thunder” editions, everlasting red, white & black is the next choice for the 2005 silhouette.

The composite model’s reliance on the Air Jordan 11, Jordan 12 and Jordan 13 in its upper makes “Cherry” an obvious comparison point, the white & red mixture draping coveted pairs of each of those retros. In the edges, notes of jet black complete a true “Bulls” theme in addition, taking over the dual lace stays, the Air Jordan 6 back tab and the Air Jordan 4 outsole. From a strategic standpoint, it’ll be interesting to see how the Dub Zero pans out in this new retro run. While it was never a favorite of collectors, it was a frequent sight on big box store shelves, and perhaps the success of a similar hybrid model in the Spizike Low means that consumer palettes have warmed up to what the Dub Zero represents.

The Jordan Dub Zero “Cherry” is expected to drop as part of Nike’s Fall/Winter slate, retailing at $160. We’ll keep this page and our Jordan Release Dates hub updated with the most current info as that launch approaches; enjoy official images included below in the meantime.
