Releasing Fall 2024.

The Nike Shox TL Returns In A Sporty Black, Silver, And White Formula

With a tip of the hat to Kendrick Lamar, Nike Shox are back within sneakerhead consciousness. In a strategy reflective of consumer’s newfound appreciation for unique and wacky Y2K-era footwear, Nike has come to pay more attention to the retro running series in recent months. The Shox TL and Shox R4 have both resurfaced sporadically since their inception, but the Beaverton brand’s Fall 2024 slate is packed with far more options than usual.

Next up in the Shox department is a monochrome take on the Shox TL, taken in a simple black, white, and “Metallic Silver” mix. Simple colors are all that’s truly needed given the unique tooling of the model itself, with full length cushioning chambers and radial TPU overlays adding more than enough intrigue. The overlays transition from silver to black as you more from the top down, blending seamlessly with the dominant colors in both areas. The tongue, backtab, and upper eyestay all gloss up in silver leather to match, while the base comes crafted out of white mesh.

The Shox TL “Metallic Silver/White/Black” lands during the Fall 2024 shopping season for $170, although Nike hasn’t set a firm date as the time of this writing. See official images below and revisit our Sneaker Release Dates page for timely updates.
