The adidas Harden Vol 8 “Crew Yellow” Drops August 1st

Complete with a "Core Black" base for contrast.

The adidas Harden Vol 8 “Crew Yellow” Drops August 1st

The current wave of signature adidas Basketball product is hitting all the right notes. The adidas AE1 has already cemented itself as a shoe of the year candidate, Donovan Mitchell’s DON Issue 6 has received glowing reports from hoopers thus far, and for our purposes, the Harden Vol 8 continues to surface in new styles.

Sticking with the same two-tone color blocking formula that’s defined several pairs thus far, the latest James Harden shoe swatches “Crew Yellow” onto its chunky TPU sidewalls. Meanwhile, the rest of the upper is comprised of “Core Black” knit material, leather, and synthetics so as to provide contrast while keeping focus on the model’s defining feature.

While rather simplistic in nature, most Harden Vol 8 colorways come with a story. The Beard hasn’t shed light on the significance behind this pair, but you’d be ignorant to avoid the taxi cab aesthetic that goes hand-in-hand with any black and yellow product.

In any case, the adidas Harden Vol 8 “Crew Yellow/Core Black” is set to release via adidas on August 1st for $160. Scroll through detailed images below and reference our “Where To Buy” section for purchase links on the drop date.
