Ronnie Fieg Teases A Kith x ASICS “Marvel Super Villains” Collection

Updated August 6th, 2024: The Kith Marvel ASICS official release info has been announced; the entire collection will release on August 9th.

Following the release of a highly sought-after ASICS GEL-Kayano 12.1 “Knicks” collaboration, Ronnie Fieg and KITH are keeping their pedal on the medal. The NYC streetwear maven just teased a three-way KITH x ASICS x Marvel footwear capsule inspired by supervillains, immediately conjuring a must-have for fans of the iconic multimedia franchise.

The ASICS GT-2160, GEL-Kayano 14, and GEL-1130 are the three models on display here, although its possible more could be included. Special pairs for Magneto, Venom, and The Green Goblin among other fan favorites appear alongside co-branded Marvel x KITH comics, with the implication being that each shoe is accompanied by an exclusive edition. Diverging slightly from the overarching cast of characters, it also looks like Spider-Man stakes claim to a fitting red, white, and blue GT-2160.

San Diego Comic Con is happening this weekend (7/25-7/28), so it’s possible the collection will release in some limited capacity there. In any case, know that our Sneaker Release Dates page will be kept current with all the latest info as more details emerge.
