Retro-Inspired Branding Hops On The Nike Dunk Low

Big nostalgic vibes.

Retro-Inspired Branding Hops On The Nike Dunk Low

Nike is completely re-imagining its branding on a handful of different lifestyle collections for Fall 2024. Paw print and black cat graphics have appeared on several Nike and Jordan Brand models in recent months, and now hitting pause on feline hallmarks, the Dunk Low just surfaced with some never-before-seen details.

Straight out of a 1990s sitcom title card, the tongue features a rectangular patch with retro-inspired Nike branding. The “Royal Pulse” piping that appears around its border is matched by identically colored Swoosh logos, which come crafted from suede, while turquoise overlays feature a unique waxy texture, somewhat mimicking the look of denim. The base comes crafted out of pebbled “Pale Ivory” leather to match the tongue and midsole, while the outsole and backtab appear in red. Taking a slight break from playful schoolyard colors, the laces, lining, and stitched heel branding all opt for light khaki.

The Dunk Low “Royal Pulse/Pale Ivory” doesn’t have a firm nike.com release date yet, but it looks like some retailers are already starting to get their shipments in. Scroll through official images below and return to our Sneaker Release Dates page for updates while we look out for more info.
