Pearlized Purple Accentuates The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Platinum Violet”

The Air Force 1 variety has been pleasant as of late, and much of the positive vibes has been due to simplicity. Recent first looks at the Black/Gum Air Force 1 Low and the Air Force 1 “Phantom” with unconventional heel branding has shown that consumers prefer more laid back, subdued takes the shoe, so the good news is that Nike’s got something right on the nose for women.

First and foremost, this upcoming release is an SE trim, which means a higher grade of materials, a higher focus on details, and sadly a higher MSRP. At $130, though, you’ll get a soft suede upper in a Platinum Violet, while the Swoosh logo and heel adopts a pearlized matte finish that appears like an oily iridescent surface against certain angles. A solid cream-colored sits beneath, while the sewn-on logo patch sits at the tongue — a trademark of the AF1s in the SE tier.
