Nike Adds A “Laser Fuchsia” Touch To The Air Max 90 For Girls

Ever since the blockbuster Barbie movie hit the silver screen last year, we’ve been noticing an uptick in pink in sneakers for women and girls. Case in point: this recently released Air Max 90 made exclusively for girls.

Using a clean white Air Max 90 as its base, Nike adds those playful pops of color in a rather subtle manner, occurring only on the Swoosh, the logo hit on the heel medallion as well as the nylon tongue label, and on both the fore-foot and heel traction bottoms. The rest of the shoes prefer the tonal white route — already a popular pick amongst younger girls.
