The Nike Zoom GT Jump 2 Gets Shaded In “Unholy Cumulus” Clouds

An iconic Presto colorway leaps onto the GT performance shoe.

The Nike Zoom GT Jump 2 Gets Shaded In “Unholy Cumulus” Clouds

Every so often, we’ll come across a familiar colorway on a sneaker that has no obvious connection to the origin. These complete coincidences surface every so often, reminding us of a once-forgotten sneaker while drawing attention to the model at hand. Case in point: Nike Basketball’s GT Jump 2 silhouette in one of the most iconic Air Presto colorways of all-time.

The GT Jump 2, engineered for the high-flyers and insane leapers of the NBA, has emerged once again adorning a refreshing colorway for Summer/Fall 2024. With a white-based mesh upper, a bold red on the React foam crash pad, and a minty green hugging the reinforced ankle, this upcoming release reminds us of the “Unholy Cumulus”, one of the original colorways of the Air Presto that most recently hit stores in 2015.

Despite the two silhouettes having no apparent or subliminal connection whatsoever, it’s never not a treat when these random occurrence happen. This upcoming GR release is headed to nike.com and partnering retailers soon for $180; see the official images just below.
