The Air Jordan 4 “Oxidized Green” is officially releasing on June 14th on SNKRS and select retailers including Foot Locker, Finish Line, and more listed below. The Retro will be offered in full family sizing, the breakdown of which is as follows: men’s ($215), grade school ($160), preschool ($100) & toddler ($85). A part of the 35th anniversary of the Air Jordan 4, the “Oxidized Green” edition presents another sleek look in a year that’s kept even the most rabid AJ4 fan well-fed. The reflective emerald tones shine in a profile of all neutrals, carried by a white leather base and off-white midsole.

As stated above, the Air Jordan 4 “Oxidized Green” slides into a stacked year of releases for the silhouette, following the return of iconic editions like the “Bred Reimagined” and “Military Blue,” as well as a selection of new formulations like “Vivid Sulfur” and “Hyper Royal.” That said, this pair has more in common with the latter two than those OG colorways. The faux-aged midsole is just one aspect that unites it with recent AJ4 canon. Additionally, the influence of the Jordan 4 “Classic Green” can’t be ignored, creating a deep lineage as it was later spun into a full blown collection with the 2020 “Metallic Pack.” Regardless of the inspiration behind its design, the “Oxidized Green” plays into the success of other previous green-dominant takes on Mike’s 4th signature, presenting an alternative to more limited kicks like the Nike SB x Air Jordan 4.
