London’s Kiko Kostadinov highlights plays a part in the futuristic design language that branches through ASICS’ catalog, but their plenty capable of displaying the same with in-line releases. While the GEL-Quantum 360 silhouette expresses retro-futurism to a T, the colorways on offer in this “Digitune” collection attack that prompt from opposite directions. The pair in “Illuminate Yellow” embraces cybernetic shading, utilizing olive & green shades in heavy doses while animating the design further with purple and alarm red accents in the margins.
The other GEL-Quantum 360 style leans into the retro side, cladding its mesh composition in monochromatic tones of “Sheet Rock” planting a huge pop of color in the visible gel midsole and contrasting it greatly with midnight black counterparts towards the forefoot.
