Though the product family has been bolstered by the Calm Sandal, Calm Mule & Calm Flip-Flop since its introduction, Nike’s Calm Slide is still its foremost easy-on, comfort-first model. With the official start of Summer quickly approaching, as well as some important international festivities in Paris, the Nike Calm Slide is getting patriotic, clad in a fresh “Team USA” look that’s available now.

The slide model continues to capitalize on tonal looks, draped in an all-white arrangement up top. That’s also where the USA-specific allusions begin, stamping the team name on the strap in its official font. Underfoot is where things get a bit novel, at least in the history of the Calm Slide. A tri-tone gradient between red, white and blue paints the sole, its translucent tonality peeking out the slightest bit when this pair is flat and no doubt providing a ton of pop in motion. With the double whammy of the Olympics and the 4th of July quickly approaching, you’ll be hard pressed to find a style that embraces both occasions as well as this Team USA Calm Slide.
