Nike Running Gets Wild With The “Electric” Pack

Everything from the top-of-the-line Alphafly 3 to the newly launched Pegasus 41 is here.

Nike Running Gets Wild With The “Electric” Pack

We’re done with boring running shoes. For runs of all shapes, sizes, and distances, there’s no greater event in which the “look good, feel good” proverb applies. Something about wearing fly kicks on a jog gives you that extra mental push to eke out that last mile or finish a sprint, and Nike’s always delivered when it comes to creating crowd-pleasers with its footwear.

Ahead of the 2024 Summer Games, Nike is refocusing on one of its most iconic patterns and brand signifiers of all-time. The dot-textured motif was first created by Tinker Hatfield in the 1980s during his obsession with exotic materials that appear as naturally occurring textiles, and it debuted on the Air Safari, the first-ever made-for-lifestyle shoe that debuted in 1987 (and that shoe is set to return sometime in 2024).

Nike is running amok with Safari through its performance running shoes, from the top-of-the-line AlphaFly 3 to the recently debuted Pegasus 41 (and its EasyOn counterpart). Also included in the Nike Running Safari Pack is the VaporFly 3, Infinity Run 4, and the Invincible Run Flyknit 3.

The “Safari” doesn’t stop there; Nike will be featuring the same white/orange colorway and blocking across its track-and-field footwear like the Zoom SD 4 for throwing events, the Phantom Luna 2 for football/soccer, the GT Cut 3 for basketball, and so much more.

In addition to the Safari theme, Nike is also ushering in the Blueprint design theme that debuted in Paris back in April. The exact handwriting, scribbles, and notes from brand co-founder Bill Bowerman can be found around the shoes, particularly on the tongue, heel, and insoles.

The entire Nike Running “Electric Pack” is available now via the Where To Buy guides below.
