Trae Young’s adidas Rivalry Low Is Available Now

The Hawks superstar joins the Rivalry wave.

Trae Young’s adidas Rivalry Low Is Available Now

A signature shoe will always be the pinnacle for any basketball player. However, as we’ve recently seen with some non-AE1 Anthony Edwards shoes, sometimes there’s other perks. Trae Young is the latest benefactor of adidas’ continued push of the Rivalry Low, looping in the Hawks PG to create a throwback Atlanta colorway of the model.

The inspiration is pretty plain to read on this shoe’s profile, heavily utilizing red throughout the shoe and weaving strong yellow accents into the laces. Though the Atlanta connection is most obvious, the palette at play here also dovetails well into his previous teams. The Oklahoma Sooners’ crimson & cream is well-represented, and Norman North High green is given space with the laces. Given the throwback appeal of the adidas Rivalry Low on its own two, reaching back into Trae’s personal history only feels natural for his edition of the shoe.

The Trae Young adidas Rivalry Low is in stock now at Foot Locker, retailing for $100. Follow links just ahead under “Where To Buy” to pick up your pair.

While the topic of basketball shoes is fresh, check out our full breakdown of the Nike KD 17, including the Metro Boomin’-assisted KD 17 “Producer Pack.”
