“Malachite” Touches Up A Black Nike Air Max 90

Simple treatments grace a timeless model.

“Malachite” Touches Up A Black Nike Air Max 90

Throw a dart a color wheel and no matter what you land on, there’s probably a Nike Air Max 90 colorway similar to it. The shoe’s various TPU structures and midsole wedge make it easy for Nike to rotate through different colors in order to produce new designs, and such is the case with this “Malachite” pair.

Married with a black base and suede quarter on this look, the shoe’s wear their titular color on the TPU heel, mudguard window, and lower eyestay on the top half. The midsole wedge and toe feature more splashes of “Malachite” on white backdrops, also flooding the air chambers as is typical for accent colors. Green-centric Air Max 90 colorways range from earthy mixes to more sporty applications, and the hue of this pair aligns better with the latter.

No firm release details have been made available at the time of this writing, so return to our Sneaker Release Dates page to learn when and where the shoe’s will drop as we learn more.
