Every four years, Nike pushes innovation to the edge by debuting the latest and greatest footwear and apparel designed to shave of seconds in 100m dash times. Their dedication to innovation can truly change the results on the medal stand, with several key claims made by the recent “Blueprint” Pack that debuted in Paris weeks ago.

For those with an affinity with the traditional, Nike is also delivering the classic Air Max 1 with an “Olympic” iteration that claims the gold. The gilded tone appears on the Swoosh logo, whereas the remainder of Tinker Hatfield’s design absorbs an aesthetic that can rep Team USA and even the host France via the dark navy, red, and crisp white. Neutral grey suede appears on the quarter to adhere to the Air Max 1’s origins.

With several Olympic-themed footwear set to debut in the coming weeks, you can rest assured that Nike will be pushing hard with the gear. This Air Max 1 will be available as we near the Summer Games, so stay tuned for updates.
