The Air Jordan 1 Low Channels A Familiar Look In “Cement Grey/Fire Red”

If you catch an L on the Ultraman Dunks dropping on May 3rd, you might find a compromise in this Air Jordan 1 Low. While it’s obviously a stretch to compare this particular shoe to one of the most iconic CO.JP Dunks of all time, or any prized black/red Jordan for that matter, it delivers a familiar aesthetic through a balanced mix of black, “Cement Grey”, and “Fire Red” treatments.

Taken in the modern Jordan 1 Low cut, the shoe’s all-leather upper boasts “Cement Grey” overlays atop a black base. The Swoosh, lining, Jumpman logo, and outsole wear sporty “Fire Red” to complete the palette, adding yet another same-but-different black/red look to the Jumpman’s vast AJ1 lineup. While recency bias lends a comparison to the upcoming “Ultraman” Dunks, the overarching palette naturally evokes memories of several Chicago-rooted Jordans known by similar makeups.

Retailers have been stocking pairs for a while, but men’s sizes just hit nike.com for $115 a pop. Enjoy official images below and see our “Where To Buy” section for direct purchase links if you’re compelled to hit purchase.
