Nike Air Max 95 “Retro Logo” In Black/Volt Returns Holiday 2024

Back for the first time since 2020.

Nike Air Max 95 “Retro Logo” In Black/Volt Returns Holiday 2024

The Nike Air Max 95 could very well prove to be the most significant Air Max model of 2024 behind the new Air Max Dn. Another Corteiz Air Max 95 for Holiday 2024 has kept mainstream discourse alive and well, and a new City Pack appears set to draw broad localized appeal, not that the model needed much help to begin with.

Now with Air Max consciousness at its peak ahead of Air Max Day festivities on March 26th, we’re learning of Nike’s plans to bring back the Black/Volt “Retro Logo” Air Max 95 for Holiday 2024. The shoe was first released in 2020 alongside a “Grey/Volt” pair of the same theme, both of which nod to the everlasting legacy of the 95 cut and Air Max shoes at large.

While not an OG colorway, the shoes hone in on a favored element from the model’s earliest aughts with 90s-era Air Max branding just under the Swoosh. Yes, the logo repeats on the tongue, but that’s the norm across all inline pairs, hardly a focal point as demonstrated on this installment. Additional “Volt” treatments on the tongue and air units fulfill a continuous design theme, while the rest of the build dons greyscale suede so as to highlight the design’s sparse yet vibrant accents.
