Let the Air Max Month festivities begin. It’s officially March, which means an all-out celebration of everything AIR will commence, culminating some key releases on or around March 26th, 2024. On the first-ever Air Max Day in 2014, Nike released the original Air Max 1 “Sport Red” with a midsole painted in neon volt and “3.26” on the tongue label (see the gallery below to refresh your memory). For 2024, Nike will reprise that concept on the Air Max 1 ’86, choosing the other original “Sport Royal” colorway.
