Nike Debuts A “Hurricanes” Air Trainer 3 As Miami Alum Face Off In Super Bowl

As one might expect from a Bo Jackson-endorsed shoe, the Nike Air Trainer 3 is suitable for a wide variety of athletic activities, making it a natural pick to receive team colorways. Now, just as two Miami Hurricanes alum get set to face off in this year’s Super Bowl, Nike debuts a new grade school edition of the Air Trainer 3 in a team-friendly mix of green and orange.

White leather makes its way onto the base of this version, overlaid by a dark green TPU eyestay and grey/taupe panels towards the forefoot. Perforations on the upper serve to add breathability, while a grey leather lace strap ensures stability when performing high-exertion maneuvers. More green appears on the mudguard, just above a white midsole, while an all-orange outsole makes a statement to complete the shoe.
