The Air Jordan 1 Low Borrows The Iconic “Linen” Colorway For Spring

Seersucker patterns suggest picnic time.

Some great news arrived back in September when we learned that Nike was set to re-release the Air Force 1 “Linen”, the co.jp release from the early 2000s that is largely considered to be among the most legendary AF1 releases. That Japan-exclusive drop popularized the elegant pairing of light tan and pink, which is why its appearance on the AJ1 Low can only conjure up memories of that iconic colorway.

This first look at the Air Jordan 1 Low reveals its own choice of the a khaki leather and light pink. Jordan Brand spices it up by adding a seersucker linen material on the mid-foot panels and the tongue, while the outsole is covered in Coconut Milk shades.

Not quite the perfect spin on the “Linen”, but it’s hard not to make the connection with it makes an appearance, albeit unofficially. Expect a release soon on nike.com.
