The beloved anime known as Naruto Shippuden has to power to gather crowds wherever it chooses to appear. Case in point: the Naruto ASICS GEL-NYC that already dropped in Europe and is destined for US doors in the coming months. However, the Power Level of a Crocs collaboration is clearly on another plane, because the once-ironic footwear options has become one of the most wanted items in the world of footwear partnerships.
This early look revealed by @staygrounded on Instagram reveals the Crocs Classic Clog dressed up as the two main characters of the Japanese comic. The orange pair and the olive green are both adorned with their own unique set of matching Jibbitz accessories and modifications, including the metallic head-plate, a padded heel-strap, and other accents that commemorate both Naruto and Kakashi’s signature garb. Finally, the Naruto Shippuden logo appears printed at the heel of the insole.
The are “SAMPLE ONLY” markings on the shoes, which could mean that the final product may look different than the released version. Also, there could be other Naruto Crocs as part of the collection inspired by the anime’s other popular characters.
Naruto is one of several globally-popular mainstream franchises that will partner up with Crocs in 2024, so stay tuned for further updates on the brand’s developing collaboration category.
