Allen Iverson’s Reebok Answer III “Black/White” Returns

Allen Iverson’s Reebok Answer III “Black/White” Returns

Before Allen Iverson enjoyed his career year during the 2000-2001 season, the foundation was set the year prior as The Answer further developed into the one of the key faces of the league. Along for the ride during that pivotal campaign was the Answer III — the third signature shoe of the Reebok Answer line and Iverson’s fourth overall shoe.

After making its official return in November 2023 in the white/red colorway, the Answer III re-issue movement now lands on a fellow 1999 classic in Black/White. The high-contrast color-blocking shines via the black underlay with quilted stitching and white leather overlay, and with obvious comparisons drawn to the Air Jordan 12 from two years prior, it’s clear that this creation was heavily inspired by the Playoffs 12s. DMX Foam acts as the chief cushioning platform, rendering these suitable for in-game use today.

Reebok confirms a January 19th, 2024 release date for the Answer III “Black/White”; see the official images ahead and stay tuned for the launch later this month.
