Releasing in both "Black" and "White."

Aimé Leon Dore And New Balance Wrap The 996 In Premium Leathers

2023 has been a pretty busy year for Aimé Leon Dore and New Balance, and it doesn’t seem like they have any plans of slowing things down anytime soon. Despite having just released a brand new collection of 550s and 650s, Teddy Santis and his team are already prepared to launch their next collaboration with the footwear brand.

This time around, Aimé Leon Dore are revisiting the New Balance 996, dressing the silhouette up in colorways not all that dissimilar to past MADE in USA offerings. The construction of the two pairs, however, are somewhat distinct, forgoing pig suede for layers of smooth and tumbled leathers. These materials alternate between either White or Black, with hits of cream relegated to the heel counter and tongue. A pop of red, too, is present, albeit only along the woven label’s co-branding.

Enjoy a closer look at the two upcoming colorways of the Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 996 ahead. If you’d like to add either to your rotation, a release is likely not far away, as product pages are currently live right now on aimeleondore.com. For now, sit tight as we await further confirmation from the brand.

In other news, GORE-TEX 580s are dropping right in time for winter.
